APPS FOR FERTILITY AWARENESS

Note: I strongly recommend charting on paper for your first six months of using Fertility Awareness.  This will make your data collection more comprehensive, make it possible to decipher potential health concerns, and clarify any confusion applying the rules.

ANNUAL EXAMS

Midwives and Naturopathic Doctors often offer annual exams and pap smears, and are much more informed about charting and fertility awareness than most MDs, OB/GYNs, or Nurse Practitioners.  If the practitioner you go to knows Fertility Awareness, your charts will prove to be an invaluable lens into your overall health and wellness.
